Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Drixem Nexus Manufacturing Sdn Bhd ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Products and Services

We manufacture and supply premium halal palm oil products, including:

• RBD Palm Olein (various cloud point grades)
• OEM Contract Manufacturing services
• Industrial palm oil supply
• Export quality palm oil

Orders and Quotes

All quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Orders are subject to:

• Product availability
• Credit approval
• Minimum order quantities
• Delivery schedules

We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment terms include:

• Payment must be made according to agreed terms
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• We accept bank transfers and other agreed payment methods
• All prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

Delivery and Shipping

Delivery terms are agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. We strive to meet delivery schedules but are not liable for delays caused by:

• Force majeure events
• Transportation disruptions
• Customs delays
• Other circumstances beyond our control

Quality Assurance

All our products meet international quality standards and are certified by relevant authorities including JAKIM Halal, RSPO, ISO 22000, and HACCP. We maintain strict quality control throughout our manufacturing process.

Returns and Refunds

Claims for defective products must be made within 7 days of delivery. We will:

• Investigate all quality claims promptly
• Replace defective products at no additional cost
• Provide refunds for verified quality issues

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Drixem Nexus Manufacturing Sdn Bhd and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Johor, Malaysia.
